This shit ain’t easy, this whole thing of being an entrepreneur, working for yourself, working from anywhere, the hustle never stops, yes – you trying to make money online, building a business, even the stuff i sell is not always easy for everyone, some people reach success faster than ever….
i struggled for my first 9 months in this industry and then went on to make six figures, then multi six figures, then seven figures, then multiple seven figures in like less than 4 years, not everyone can do that, so the best thing to do is to be your best self and only focus on beating yourself and being your best-self…
Comparing yourself to others and putting others on a pedestal is a loser’s game, so stop doing it if you are….
Everyone is on a journey – you are on a journey too, embrace that journey…

I believe i’ve had a little unfair advantage cos of where i grew up from, hustling was part of my life as far as i can remember, when i was 14-15 i was selling phones in Sunday Market (Brick Lane, London) when i was 17 i was importing stuff from China to sell, when my friends was getting jobs, i was getting money on Ebay.
I would knock on my neighbours doors and tell them i am on my way to becoming a “Ebay Powerseller” and if they had shit in their garage, i would sell it for them for a commission…
From the beginning, I had entrepreneurship in my blood, i was more interested in getting money than playing sports or doing what normal kids would be doing, getting a job, getting a degree and working for 30 years for a pension.
Nah, no thanks. Scratch that.
When i was 19 i took all the money i had and went to Bulgaria to set up a property company. I had a grand plan that was going to make me millions and i’d retire before i was 21. It failed.
When i was 20 i thought i’d be smart to work for my dads construction company, steal his employees and start mine own, after the first project of laminating someone’s floor i made £90 / $140 and thought this is the way.
That fell short, as i got caught next day from my dad and his friends. That plan failed too. So i left.
As far as i can remember i hustled, alot of it was down to seeing how my father hustled, worked in factories and created wealth coming from a poor country and then settling in London and working his way up in the factory in Hackney, then in the property game.
This inspired me at a young age to want more, be more, do more, i’d see my mum on her second hand machine make skirts for 50 pence each.
Both my parents hustled, i hustled on the streets, i guess i became street smart and savvy from there and then built up on it.
I was very blessed to hang with my father’s friends when i was growing up, they were all broke bangladeshi guys that came to UK with nothing and in less than 10 years had kinda built themselves up…
it was a lot more interesting, intriguing and valuable than my days on the streets using the kids i grew up with. You gotta hustle as if you are in short supply of time, money, resources, by simply getting shit done.
One “hack” which i experience myself - is making a feeling of urgency and accumulating over the internet the worst thing that can happen if i don’t get this shit done.
The greater intensity you can have within yourself, your company that pressure drives you to definitely either experience a degree of friction or fulfillment, in any event it adds fuel towards the hustling power.
Returning to persistence, your level of persistence when shit doesn’t work out will determine what lengths you're going, there's really absolutely no way you can accept failure and quit, i have failed 10x a lot more than i have succeeded, i assume it’s not sexy to tell how many times you fail, but i’ll tell you now each and every successful entrepreneur i have met have failed more times compared to they have won, the’ve lost more money than they usually make…
Hustling has to be a part of your lifetime, i used to be very blessed but still am to become encompassed by people who have advocated me, that has also increased me believing in myself more. Once i had been talking with a pal / mentor of mine Peter Nguyen (he’s a problem) and i remember just hearing him complimenting on my small hustle and i could sense in himself which he believes as to what i’m doing. (In those days, i had not even met him personally!)

Getting the right people around you re-enforces, re-invigorates, re-emphasises that you will be doing the right thing, at the right time.
Attaining success isn't necessarily easy, especially when you're new and getting started, it will take lots of dedication, focus, attention and also you has to be somebody who is focused on self growth. I work TWICE as harder on myself, on my mind then i do on my small business.
Mindset to approaching things is more important than the way you get it done, mindset leads to creating a strategic mindset where you can harness your unique ability to create maximum results.
Success is really a tricky, counter-intuituive trickster and sadly most people will not get it, well you may do, cos you're reading my damn post.

When i would be a newbie kid (21yrs age) and accidentally stumbled across started on this industry i needed more setbacks than most people, i'd dropped outta university within my final year, family and friends poking fun at the truth that i wish to get wealthy working from home…
I immediateley found myself in around $40,000 price of debt while i bought in to a $20k network marketing program after which continued a rampage of buying every-and-any-damn course online marketing.
You'll excel faster than anyone else if you invest in yourself, get the right coaching, mentoring, and guidance from people who you want to be like.
Increase your skill development and become more attractive in the marketplace, have persistence, be networking with the top level players in your niche, study sales, marketing, influence and persuasion.
As an entrepreneur you also need to be immune to criticism and have a high pain tolerance.
Your level of pain threshold determines your success since it means you won't give up when things get tough, and oh boy - they will.
Your first 6 figures will probably be tough. The first 7 figures will be tough. The first 8 figures will probably be tough less then where i'm at risk of now, however have a strong fist and i'm punching and fighting my way there. Lol.
No seriously, i'm. A few of my challenges i face are just so damn ridiculous, and i also know most average people wouldn't be also capable of understand it, however have a compelling “Why” along with a vision which gets me thru the tough times. Make sure to have your own personal compelling future that will drive you forward even when you think all is not exercising.
Build these traits within yourself as an entrepreneur, create big goals, stick to your deadlines, and be held accountable.
Oh, and maybe the most important thing i can tell you, is stay detached to the end outcome, don't let your happiness be dependent on other people or how big your bank account gets, if i had nothing in this world, just my basic shelter i know ''ll be a happy camper.
Everything is an addition to my happiness, my happiness comes from within, comes from prayer, being in a state of gratitude, adding value to other people's lives.
Develop winning habits, start early, it's never too late. Find the habits that serve you and find role models who you can model off, and then develop the habits thats required, daily discipline is crucial for your success.
This is an unstoppable formula for success.
I'm assuming you are on the path to success whatever that means for you, i have one advice amongst many.
DON'T EVER GIVE UP. The rewards are so damn great. Have fun, don't take it too seriously. Now Get on with your hustle.
Lesson 2 : Money Isn’t Everything :(
Money doesn’t make your life perfect. What an awakening…
Does such a thing exist, on occasions when i actually do live events and people approach me, instantly they place me over a pedestal as though i’m some perfect guy, one guy even thought to me i’m just like a God to him. * i wanted to strangle him *
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. never put people over a pedestal. Everything you wear a pedestal is definitely going to be over the budget.
Don’t idolise people. Since they're just people
Simply because folks have several things a lot better than you, doesn’t mean they are allowed to be wear something using this world, they may be still nowadays, and it’s feasible for you also. Once i meet immensely successful people i then just determine if i would like what they've got, i simply gotta learn and model off them.
I’ve realised this event is just a journey, your vacation, my journey, many people are on the journey, i respect everyone, not just a millionaire or even a billionaire nevertheless the guy who got pitched by his uncle to participate Amway, as well as other MLM and it is trying to recruit his relatives and buddies. I applaud you for having the very center to walk into the fierce world of entrepreneurship.
I don’t look down upon anyone, unless they are shorter than me, duhh. lol.
I’m the same as my amazing maid which comes to my home having a beautiful smile to completely clean once weekly, i just do different things, that’s all.
Anyway back to my point, i will be still human, i still go thru shit, challenges, relationship trouble, employee headaches, procrastination periods, anxiety, worry, troubles on what i’m i doing, how i’m i doing it, all that stuff.
You're going to become a human, and that means you will usually have some shit not exercise, for me personally last Half a year was my relationship, now that’s cleared, now i’m working on my health, and my opportunity and my vision.
That’s what life is.
Dealing with, scratch that - FIGHTING the contests, hahahah!
My life is not dictated by how much money i make or perhaps the need to have numbers, it’s the experiences, the freedom, a chance to post you - i wish to begin to build schools to support orphans, i actually do some things like that, but it’s not enough i would like to give more back.
You can’t help the poor if you're one of these this piece of wisdom continues to be stuck with me for a long time.
So long as I will be learning, growing, & evolving, adding value to other people along this “temporary” Journey called life… I know I’m exactly where I need to be.
Money is only one component of one’s life company, it’s important - however, not the most crucial, well that’s debatable in accordance with your own personal values of hierarchy.
Lesson 3 : Motion Creates Momentum.
Momentum Gets You Results
Focus on gaining momentum, yes - you can find programs, systems to help you get results within 30-90 days, but sometimes it will lead you longer, so bloody stay with it.
Success just isn't something you just wake up and get, it’s something you require to work your ass off for, it’s something 90% of the population don’t do and that’s why they are afflicted by financial obligations and therefore are usually broke and in short supply of money, which leads to a fear-based, scarcity minded existence.
I give myself 30-90 days for any business to achieve momentum, but remember we have spent more income by myself education to master what i do compared to average person will probably earn in the lifetime.
This can be one of the biggest killers of success that i'm accountable for it too, now i recently don’t do just about anything else easily can’t commit 90+ days with it.
Lesson 4 : The skill of Keeping Money & My Ridiculous “I Deserve A Slap” $30,000 Monthly Spending Habit
It’s not all dandy-candy, When you are the puzzles nailed down and You’ll begin to make a lot of money when you get momentum - yes, more cash than you made before….
More cash than your entire family, friends, cousins, relatives put together - once you do this, or must i say before you decide to do this, you need to ALWAYS know this….
Always understand the distinction between Gross, Net and the way much you can re-invest. My costs have sometimes gone as high as $200,000 per month.
It’s scary, in the beginning it really is - then you get accustomed to it - and the only thing that matters is keeping those funds.
I’m learning a whole lot relating to this now.
There’s an art form to getting Money and more importantly KEEPING IT. It’s an easy task to get your spending outta control, whenever you think that you own an unlimited budget, and you're untouchable.
Yes, i actually considered that for some time. Increasing millions than previously, i believed i really could just lay on my ass for six months, complacency kills. Laziness and complacency - both dirty sabotages of success…
I thought i’d never get lazy, and i also did also it set me back tens of thousands of dollars in cash.

I needed just discovered out not long ago i was spending $30,000 per month / £20,000 per month on stuff, stuff we have nothing to show for, fancy dinners, toys, and that i don’t even see myself as someone who is materialistic, go figure…
we have no clue why i used to be spending that, or the actual way it accumulated up to now, after Six months of ridiculous spending too much money, after doing accounts again - i got slapped up and woken up. You can forget.
I don’t like budgeting since it kinda defies the aim of why i’m running a business, however i begin to see the power, value and intelligence behind it and so now things are changing
It adds up and is detrimental to ones success, i remember when i was a first time and i also had made my first six figures - the first 2 yrs the cash i needed made,i needed blown it.
Fancy £400 dinners, fake-friends, partying, wasting endless time, and hanging with all the wrong people.
It left me with - £286 (Minus) within my Barclays Banking account. That sucked.
I remember thinking though - i’ll get this to back plus more, because…
I've got a SPECIAL DEEP Relationship WITH MY TARGET MARKET…
And i also know how to market.
Still, the year after i did like a million bucks in sales.
Overall, i will be still researching keeping money, investing etc. It’s a brand new growth, learning curve. Lesson 5 : Build A Team Of A-Players & Grab yourself An Accountant
That reminds me, on trading to getting money, hire competent those who can manage your numbers, you need to continually be taking a look at your numbers, each day - many times each day, understand resource allocation.
Hiring and developing a team gives you freedom, but in addition a lot of damn headache, stress, worry, problems should they aren’t the best person of course, if you aren’t the best form of person to control them.

Increasingly more i’m seeing that the net Marketing, business marketplace is being more personal with all this social media stuff, you have the energy to make your own personal tribe (more because somewhat later)
Make use of your personality to boost online conversions, to draw like minded people, to grow your own tribe and cultivate them, help them succeed…
Develop yourself into a friendly, trustable expert and advisor in your marketplace.
Add some personality - learn who to inform stories, in the event you aren’t funny, then learn to be funny, when you have crooked teeth, then get a teeth fixed, if you are boring, learn to be intriguing and being INTERESTED in others.
They're all bits of advice i either paid to understand, or learned via implementing day-to-day.
people jump in and get noticed of the industry, well i did before once i heard other people, lol, now i really don’t much. Attention is safe and so i keep a clear head on who i would like / need to serve.
Being a personality on the web is something i learned from Dan Kennedy a long time ago.
Present with individuals is magical, whether its online or offline, practice being PRESENT plus as soon as meaning - get off the damn Facebook and social media and get practising being present, the best relationships i have built and continue building is really because i am always as being a TED as opposed to a THING (because of Jesse Elder for teaching this little bit of wisdom to me!)
Focus on being interesTED in others, than simply attempting to be intriquing, notable and lengthy attention, presence and energy to other people when you communicate, it’s hard, but very worth it, especially if you have a big ego. just FYI

When you think that you're hitting a roadblock, work with a mentor, a teacher, a consultant, i’ve been carrying this out shit for soo a long time, it blows my thoughts - that most people don’t do it.

Then that learning becomes something i fill my days with.

Lesson 8 : Being Alone Taught me to be Rich
Invest some time alone. Spend time in solitude enables you to reboot/restart the human brain and unwind. This refreshes, and energizes you again on your own perspective on life.
I spend SOOOOOOOO enough time alone, i don’t find many individuals accomplish that. And when i’m alone i'd often walk approximately random strangers, usually elderly people and speak to them, let them have attention and seek wisdom and life lessons they can give me.
Celebrate life much easier.
Constantly being “on” and being reactive to other people doesn’t lengthy mind and brain a chance to rest and replenish and nourish itself.
Being alone with ourselves without distractions offers you the opportunity to clear your mind, focus, and think and do more clearly, effectively and much more efficiently. Damn, look at this - this website post takes me like Three hours to write and it’s maybe because i’m by myself…
Travelling alone, hanging out alone is really a beautiful thing hardly any people understand. I am aware must be great deal of people will always inform me - so why do you travel alone ? lol.
Ever since i travel the entire world 90% of that time period by myself, i'm able to meet strangers, i've confidence to spark a conversion with anyone and everyone at any given time and so i don’t have to be lonely basically don’t want to.
And really i really like my very own company! HAHAHAH. lol.
Hanging out alone, using a notepad- journal - offline, minus the internet plus “Real Life”, walk around, spend more time with nature and nourish yourself, love yourself, this is where breakthru’s, clarity of thinking hails from, no less than for me personally anyway.

I go Mosque around i can, sometimes because of my travelling i can’t, but i’ll have a prayer mat and pray - within my college accommodation.
However always invest some time in deep prayer.
When i go thru challenges, frustrations and problems in your life - i really do seek coaching, guidance and wisdom from others, yet i do spend time on myself usually afterwards to analyse, get clarity and acquire my mojo on
I realised spending some time alone, i recieve to actually sharpen my clear thinking in ways that i don’t do when I’m with friends, business peeps, family, i gotta break free and spend time by myself.
Or perhaps that’s my excuse for visiting a different country every month. lol.
Buy a simple or perhaps a fancy journal with a fancy pen, go spend $50 over a pen and take pride in writing about your life, your challenges, your objectives, visions, and dreams. A life worth living is a life worth recording.
Lesson 9 : Continuous Self Buying Your brain
You don’t must be incredibly wise to do that, although i proclaim to my little brother as i’m a GENIUS, you actually don’t must be super smart or hav university degrees, i mean look at me - i dropped outta university and now i run a multi big business, with that being said - i am a student and i remember my friend Mike Dillard founder, elevation group saying that one of the most successful people in the planet would be the those who invest in themselves.
Damn, this words of advice makes me waste your money on myself than many people even earn, and that’s to not brag - it’s to show you how committed i'm to my growth.
This year alone i’ve likely to attend events / masterminds worth no less than $100k+.
I never keep back in purchasing myself.
We have met some super-uber smart somebody that has been very successful within the corporate world yet, they don’t own their greatness with regards to a web business, often getting overwhelmed, giving up too rapidly rather than staying the program up until the end.
You can find endless stories of people that had nothing and went ahead and created big empires, study them, grow from them, buy their stuff, head to their events, spend time with them.

Creating a beautifully shaped self confidence increases what you can do to go forward, fail fast, whilst advertising online, you realize internally you're man and you don’t need anyone’s validation or approval.
Naturally the more results you obtain, the greater confidence you're going to get inside your abilities, inside your communication, your posture and how you carry yourself.
However, you need to have it in your mind ALREADY and live confidently to attract what you would like.
I truly couldn’t provide a toss what anyone thinks about me, they do their thing, i’ll do mine. I don’t compare myself to anyone, tonight i’m meeting a billionaire for lunch.
However, these are only people and i appreciate, respect their business where they're at, but that don’t mean i’m any less space-consuming than them. Whenever you originate from that place where you own your greatness and you are in deep appreciation of who you are without all the “stuff”….
You then be a little magical ball of awesomeness.
Once i started deciding i is going to do things i want on this industry, i broke records, became top earner, charged more money for services than someone else, altered the landscape for a number of aspects and helped many people get more results than with whatever else.
The most successful people i understand also have probably the most level of self-confidence, self-confidence - you want your hair a lot leads to self-confidence which results in someone taking more action then believing in themselves then
When you are aligned along with your highest values you are confident. Confidence is sexy. Confidence attracts people into your life who've their shit together.
Be it, develop it, live it and encourage others along with your confidence. Lesson 11 : Oh, Uh - No, No No Sunshine! Don’t Hire Friends & Family…
Hire Just a Players, the old rule of hiring and outsourcing stuff - hire slow, fire fast is what you need to live and eat.
I have probably made more mistakes than i can count, employing friends, family, firing then re-hiring the same people, arghhhhhhhh.
You have to develop yourself as well as the team in the process, some won’t be growing as quickly as you, let them have time, nurture them and help them grow when it’s time - then you can grow apart or have them on.
Although we have generated millions of dollars within this sell for myself, let me tell you i’ve probably lost more as a result of hiring the wrong people. We have endured all sorts of anxiety, craziness, worry because of the wrong individuals who we have hired and i’ve hired a number of.
Lol.
My new stuff that i learned is always to Recruit Talent, rather than Developing it.
You merely gotta smile, learn, embrace this and proceed with the learning’s, i’ve started learning much more about building teams, i am talking about i still generated around $5 Million in sales in the last 4-5 years using a very tiny team - less than 5 people.
They helped to access stage 1, doesn’t mean they are going to help you to get to stage 2. This is challenging to get, people will not grow as quickly as you, plus you've got to become ok with that, you gotta be comfortable with letting go, firing, having that uncomfortable conversation.
Over the next 5-7 years, I want to build various businesses and be in the $100million mark. I’ll accomplish that (I’A)

Lesson 12 : Not Giving A Crap About What Anyone Says Or Thinks…
Developing “Thick Skin” is probably the greatest assets you'll have in everyday life plus business, when you are not phased by competition, what others think about you, what others say, whoever they may be, you start and live from your place of owning your greatness.
I welcome criticism / feedback, nevertheless it never affects me, people the world because they are not as the entire world because it is.
My industry, the tiny Online marketing / Network Marketing / Home based business Industry absolutely rocks, it helps people grow into real personal development powerhouses and if anyone really sticks from it, her possibility to help people make huge amounts of money.
Oh company, its immensely profitable and YES it allows you to create a true a second income in the event you really do the work properly. Yes, autopilot income or whatever other “Insert Hype Word Here” kinda income exists with all the multi-level marketing arena.
so many will say shit like, erm there’s no such thing as residual income or home-based business sucks etc….
I couldn’t care less - i make over multiple 6 figures PASSIVELY - yes, handsfree income, from business opportunity that so many people talked upon.
And understanding that one program, i’ve generated an excellent $1.A million in commissions.

Today i am the most notable Earner in 2 different companies - Empower Network + MOBE.
Many individuals on this industry will appear down at MLM’s / Network Marketing / Network marketing business models and have some type of stupid viewpoint on this, it’s soo stupid and backwards.
Even Robert Kiyosaki and Donald Trump have commended when they were to begin with scratch they might get into the joy of Multi-level marketing.
But, to the stupid individuals with stupid views….
Really they….
1) had some bad knowledge about others selling to them
2) they joined one after they was young and new and couldn’t allow it to be in to a success
SYSTEMS WORK. PEOPLE FAIL.
I got into this industry and then made my first million in that space, i proceeded to generate millions more Outside this space, so again systems work, people fail.
Once i was obviously a newbie and i’d follow these what are known as Big Marketers always looking down and talking shit about home based businesses and such, it might create a great deal controversy inside of me and cause friction. Sometimes i wouldn’t wish to accomplish anything since i felt what's going to my pals think of me and just what will those big marketers think of me…
I quickly basically said Screw Em.
I’ll do things i want
And that’s after i had been a millionaire.
I’d just take them off from my life, now i ignore them - mainly really his or her words have no impact or no value to me.
AKA i couldn’t provide a shit about them.

Lesson 13 : Superhuman Protection From the Only One Finite Resource
Ahhh yes, this - it’s why i don’t meet random people for tea, coffee or lunches. Even though they pay it off.
No it’s not because i’m arrogant and i believe i’m a lot better than anyone, cos i’m not.
It’s because i’m protective of my best, scarce resource : TIME.
I value my own time a lot, where i don’t want to waste it on whatever doesn’t fulfil me.

I have no room in my life for negativity, people whining, complaining, bitching and moaning. No dram and leeches needed, let’s just say i've had my great number, lol.
My big lesson for Time is that, everything in life - you may get more of, more customers, more cash, more cars, more houses, more watches more XYZ….
What you can’t get is much more time.
It’s only the only part of everyone around you that we can’t buy, well you could if you hire a lot of people lol.
I respect my time a good deal and i also expect all others to do so, in the end it’s the one thing i can’t manage to buy really!
Everyone has the same A day, now you need to take into account of the way you spend those Twenty four hours, since the distinction between somebody who works and somebody who just isn't (yet) is how they spend their day, you do low leverage activities and the other does advanced level activities.

It’s funny, now i have time and i good think everyday for my blessings, that i do things i love everyday, and don’t need to work for a period of time of even decades, but i really enjoy my thing, everyday.
Oh to time thing - i see now more and more i enjoy getting together with my family, parents, friends and family. Nothing like family love.

Irrrve never will be one of those people who says, oh i should have spent additional time with my family. After travelling alot, i’ve seen a lot of people just aren’t in “touch” making use of their families, their siblings and so i made a very conscious decision to be committed to be around my loved ones, serve them well. Even very little nowadays, my loved ones gives me so much richness and joy.

Each e-mail i write i value at $10k - $15k per e-mail and i write with plenty of thought, heart and personality. It’s really just entertainment
My income went from $100k to $300k+ each month in revenue when i started mailing daily as well as the last 200+ days i’ve been averaging over $13,000+ daily in sales thanks to my email list.

I’ve created multiple streams of revenue, many are more profitable than others, by creating a responsive list i can easily do large launches within my list with no headache, only a well planned e-mail promo.
I additionally try to find online companies i can create that will create my very own category, whilst everybody was selling small solo ads, i created SoloAdsAgency which in itself became a billion dollar business within just 12-18 months.
